Alana graduated from the University of Toronto in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry, with Minors in both Physiology and Spanish. She then went on to complete her Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2014.

During her time at University Alana competed with the Canadian National Archery team and travelled to multiple international competitions, two World Championships and a Commonwealth Games, where she won a Bronze medal in the team event in 2010. After completing her education and registering as a Massage Therapist, she volunteered for the 2015 Pan Am Games as part of their Medical Staff and was able to treat athletes from all sports in the Athlete’s village Medical centre and work alongside other health care professionals focused on athlete wellness and performance.

Alana has continued her education and offers a variety of treatment modalities and techniques in her practice including myofascial trigger point release, fascial techniques, cupping as well as Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, which she received her certification through Acupuncture Canada in 2021.

Alana treats every patient as an individual, ensuring that she tailors a treatment plan to that patient’s needs. Providing a mix of therapeutic, rehabilitation and relaxation style treatments, Alana does her best to ensure you have the best and most efficient experience in her treatment space.

Alana is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario, and offers direct billing for most insurance companies.
