Ashley earned her Massage therapy advanced diploma from Georgian College in Barrie. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Guelph since 2016.

During her time as a RMT she has gained experience treating a wide variety of conditions. Ashley’s style of treatment tends to focus on moderate to deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, sports massage, pre/post natal and scoliosis/ hyper mobility care. She incorporates a variety of techniques and modalities into treatment including cupping, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, athletic taping and micro current acupressure.  

Outside of work Ashley can often be found at the barn where she’s still involved in her family business racing horses. She was a competitive hockey player growing up and now she likes to stay active and social by playing a variety of sports.
